We all know that living a healthy and balanced lifestyle is the key to staying healthy and protecting ourselves and the people around us from getting sick. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a key component of staying safe against getting sick and protecting others. Unfortunately, sometimes illness is inevitable.

However, by following a few practical tips, you can greatly reduce your chances of falling ill, as well as protect those around you.
